A little about Evangeline Cottage

Come spend some time in tranquil Rollo Bay, Prince Edward Island. Evangeline Cottage is located on several wooded acres with frontage right on the bay. Stroll on your private beach, watch the eagles and seals that make the bay their home, and take in views of the rolling farmland.

Evangeline Cottage has two bedrooms, a screened-in sunroom, and an attractive wraparound deck. It’s less than ten minutes to the town of Souris for all your conveniences and a short drive to the attractions of Basin Head Beach and the Greenwich Dunes.

Evangeline Cottage: Inside and Out

Evangeline cottage has the charms of an older home with its cedar shingles and pitched roof, yet it was built in 2007 and has a new interior with modern features.

Local builders and craftsmen constructed every aspect of Evangeline Cottage. The deck wraps around two sides and is wide and spacious. The cottage is also wheelchair accessible via a ramp.

The kitchen is bright and has a breakfast nook facing the bay.

The sunroom is screened in to allow the ocean breeze to pass through. There are views over the bay and out toward the Northumberland Strait.

Here and there you will find some local touches, like this lobster trap given to Arthur and Barbara by cousins who fish nearby.

Rates, Availability and Location
